Setup Instructions for tools you will use

Choose one of the following services for instructions on how to set it up and/or access it.

Student iPad User Agreement and Optional iPad Protection Plan

Starting this school year, reviewing and acknowledging the student iPad user agreement and purchasing the optional iPad protection plan to cover a student's iPad in case of damage or theft are now separate steps. The student iPad user agreement is now part of the annual review process in Infinite Campus.  The optional iPad Protection Plan is now available for families to purchase in EduTrak Connect.

Setting Up Parental Notifications in Schoology

  • Go to your student's Schoology Account
  • On the upper right side of screen, your student's name appears (along side circled photo)
  • Click on the drop down menu arrow
  • Click on 'Settings'
  • Another screen will pop up with two tabs at the top, 'Notifications' and 'Account Settings'
  • Click on 'Notifications'
  • This screen will allow you to set up the email summaries/updates, including the time and frequency. 

Prepare Your iPad for Back-to-School

  1. Charge your iPad to 100%. iPads need to be charged to complete software updates.
  2. Go to 'Settings' and download the current iOS update.
  3. Click on 'Install' to complete the update.
  4. Check your storage limit. If you are above 23 GB, delete pictures and videos and unused apps until you are below 23 GB.
